Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, using all systems to manage customer flow.
• Research and communicate product information to customers using iPad tools.
• Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions and understanding customer needs, aiming for a 100% first try-on success rate.
• Set future appointments and follow up with customers to ensure they attend their alterations appointments.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate the importance of alterations and personalization services.
• Support the store team in achieving 80% conversion to alterations appointments.
• Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered into events for accurate dress ordering and minimizing returns.
• Offer loyalty and partners programs to support one-stop shopping for all life events.
• Analyze and make decisions based on customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage performance by achieving sales productivity standards and add-on goals.
• Execute new processes and behaviors as assigned.
• Support the store team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Accurately clock in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
• Follow loss prevention and security policies.
• Develop self and others by completing required training and sharing expertise.
• Actively support the team and strive to achieve results through determination and commitment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and experience with computerized POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

Passionately enthusiastic, endlessly curious, and customer obsessed. Must have the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift up to 25 pounds, and use peripheral vision and depth perception.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. Starting rates vary based on factors including position offered, location, training, and experience.
