Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide 5-star customer service.
- Manage customer flow using systems like Appointments/Customers/POS.
- Research and communicate information to customers using iPad tools.
- Prepare for appointments by reviewing customer profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
- Build relationships by asking questions and understanding customer needs.
- Strive to identify the perfect gown in the first three try-ons.
- Set and follow up on future appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote personalization services.
- Assist in setting up appointments for alterations and personalization.
- Maintain proper measurements and enter them into the system for accurate dress orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized store to support a flawless shopping experience.
- Report any broken or damaged equipment to management.
- Maintain high dress code standards.
- Offer loyalty and partners programs to support one-stop shopping for all life events.
- Analyze and make decisions based on customer inquiries and feedback.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and provide product/service information.
- Build relationships to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain hourly sales productivity standards by utilizing the 5-Step Selling Process.
- Support cash wrap behaviors and processes accurately.
- Follow special order dress procedures and achieve add-on goals.
- Set come-back appointments for the complete wedding party.
- Become a trusted advisor by completing training and building product knowledge.
- Strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by exceeding sales targets.
- Execute new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as assigned.
- Perform duties and tasks as assigned by store management.
- Achieve sales, service, and operational goals by supporting the team.
- Accurately clock in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
- Follow loss prevention and security policies.
- Complete required myLearning courses and remain current with myLearning Curriculum.
- Develop self and others by focusing on own development and learning.
- Share sales expertise and product knowledge with fellow stylists.
- Open to coaching and feedback to improve behaviors and/or processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment, and prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

The standard base pay range for this role is posted at a minimum and maximum rate. The starting rate of pay offered will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, training, and/or experience, and internal equity.
