Part Time Brand Ambassador

About the role

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
• Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brand’s policies and procedures.
• Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring proper sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
• Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
• Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
• Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.

Requirements

Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform moderate climbing.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel, operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods, and work flexible schedules including overnight shifts and travel (as required).
