Part-Time Bottle Server

About the role

The Marketing/Model Bottle Server provides exceptional guest service, beverage and food service, and creates an elegant, engaging environment. They build rapport with guests, anticipate needs, and promote the venue through modeling and social media activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and uniform standards, modeling designer apparel and current fashion trends.
• Participate in marketing, publicity, and modeling activities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Deliver comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and service sequences.
• Observe guest needs, manage time effectively, and communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, adhere to safety standards, and follow licensing requirements.
• Use suggestive selling techniques, recognize regular guests, and follow policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as needed, with flexibility for varying schedules and events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills, friendly demeanor, multitasking ability, and basic math skills.
• Experience in modeling or VIP guest service preferred; strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to handle bottle service.

Physical & Work Conditions

Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs., wearing designer clothing, and working in various footwear and environments. Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and working in loud, potentially smoke-filled areas. Work may involve outdoor and indoor environments with temperature variations and exposure to noise and secondhand smoke. Note: Duties may evolve based on venue needs, and flexibility is required to perform various tasks and attend events as directed.
