Responsibilities
- Reconcile credit card merchant accounts to cash and resolve outstanding transactions.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations for one bank with three accounts (two checking and one savings).
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting projects.
- Research discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong experience with account and bank reconciliations.
- Ability to research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
