Part-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You’ll Do

• Carry out functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA
• Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCB
• Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation under your guidance as a BCB
• Collaborate with families and care teams
• Monitor progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes

What You Bring

• BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure or eligibility
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
• Strong clinical and communication skills expected of a BCBA
