About the Role
Hello ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, flexible position. This role offers autonomy to manage time while being supported and connected within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into clinical work
- Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Monitor progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure or eligibility
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
- Strong clinical and communication skills
