Responsibilities

• Greets all clients pleasantly and with courtesy
• Manages all communications with customers and escalates complex issues to manager
• Provides an optimal level of client service and maintains professionalism to resolve all client issues
• Maintains a clean and welcoming environment
• Assists with administrative tasks
• Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Less than 1 year of related work experience. Spanish & English required.
