Part-time Bartender - Weddings & Events

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage bar inventory and complete bar setup prior to each event.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, or drink ticket transactions.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with event planners, catering teams, and venue staff for a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to beverage service and sanitation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized during busy events.
• Knowledge of local alcohol service laws and safety protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.

Required Education And Experience

• Prior bartending experience, preferably in event or banquet settings.
• Minimum age of 21.
• ATC-approved license required or willingness to obtain one.

Work Environment

• Bartenders work in event spaces for weddings, parties, and other celebrations.
• The environment requires adaptability, professionalism, and a consistently positive, upbeat attitude.
• This is a part-time, as-needed role.
• Scheduling is flexible and based on event bookings.
