Part-Time Barista & Food Prep

Kimberton Whole Foods is hiring two part-time Baristas in our Ottsville location.

Schedule

• Part-time, up to 24 hours per week
• Flexible between hours of 7:30am–6:30pm
• Weekends are required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) to read product labels, distinguish color and smell for quality control, and communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to lift, grip, and carry objects up to 50–75 pounds frequently
• Stooping, squatting, and kneeling to pick up boxes from shelving and carts
• Walking short distances to bring items from various areas
• Prolonged standing
• Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods

Pay

$17.00 hourly to start, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare food and drink at espresso, smoothie, and fresh juice stations
• Prep food for, maintain, and face the Grab & Go Case
• Stock and maintain the coffee station, soup station, and bakery case
• Prep various food items, peel and slice vegetables, slice meats and cheeses
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the café including trash, recycling, and eating areas
• Collaborate with the Café Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the department
