Part Time Barista

Responsibilities
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- Perform all Ginna’s restaurant functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and other duties as assigned
- Mentor and train new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists, and Standard Operating Guidelines
- Avoid food safety violations by following State and Local Ordinances
- Ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- Support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area
- Work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare various types of food, drinks, and ingredients

- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Requirements: Medium work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Qualifications
- Add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively, and perform routine physical demands.
- Meet Scheels' dress and grooming expectations in a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers, and business partners.

Pay
$15 an hour
Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday-Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability of two weekends per month is required, three is preferred.
