About the role

This position involves providing an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality Starbucks food and beverages, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, delivering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food according to recipes.
• Manage food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with safety and food regulations.
• Support digital order fulfillment and drive-up services.
• Handle transactions accurately.
• Engage with guests to meet their needs and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable operating technology and handling merchandise.
