Part-Time Barista

Role Summary: This position involves preparing coffee shop beverages and food items, operating cash registers, and providing courteous customer service. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating products, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, handling payments, and communicating store programs and promotions to customers. The role may also require tasks in other departments based on customer needs and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior retail or related experience is advantageous. Candidates should possess good verbal communication, customer service, organizational skills, and basic reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities. Physical demands include lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, standing and walking for extended periods, and working in varied conditions.
