Part-Time Barista

Role Overview: This position involves preparing coffee and food items, operating the cash register, and providing courteous customer service in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare beverages and food following established standards, handle transactions accurately, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain cleanliness and safety, and communicate store promotions to customers. Additional duties include ensuring product and supply needs are reported, adhering to safety and food handling policies, and supporting other departments as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of retail experience preferred. Strong verbal communication, customer service, organizational skills, and basic literacy and arithmetic are required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied environments.
