About the Role

The Banquet Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service during events and banquets, ensuring a seamless guest experience that reflects high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly
• Execute food and beverage orders attentively
• Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge
• Support event setup and breakdown
• Uphold service training standards
• Address guest concerns promptly
• Ensure banquet areas are organized and clean
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Support additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain professionalism and safety practices
• Attend daily briefings
• Wear a neat uniform

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
• Prior food and beverage or banquet experience preferred
• Completion of Food and Beverage Service Training
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to follow instructions

Physical & Equipment Requirements

• Ability to stand and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Lift up to 100 lbs
• Work in varying environments
• Use tools such as trays, POS systems, and banquet furniture effectively

Schedule

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
