Part-Time Babysitter for 5-Year-Old Child

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and dependable babysitter to care for our 5-year-old child in Santa Barbara, CA. This position is ideal for a highly organized student or recent graduate who enjoys managing tasks efficiently. The role involves supporting a well-maintained home and assisting with a coaching company's events and retreats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our housekeeper
• Manage vendors
• Prepare for events
• Assist with client logistics
• Run local errands

Responsibilities do not include driving, feeding, bathing, or bedtime routines for the child.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to maintain discretion (NDA required)
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle

Schedule

Flexible weekday hours with occasional evening and weekend events, approximately 20 hours per week to start.

Pay

$20–30/hour depending on experience.
