Part-Time Babysitter for 5-Year-Old

We are seeking a responsible and proactive part-time babysitter to care for our 5-year-old child in Reno, NV from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

About the role

• Organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently
• Prior childcare experience is a plus, but we prioritize trustworthiness, capability, and strong communication
• No additional household responsibilities such as driving, feeding, bathing, or putting the child to bed
• No pets on the property

Schedule

• Flexible, with approximately 20-30 hours weekly
• More hours available when we are in Tahoe; fewer hours when we are away

Requirements

• Must live locally or nearby
• Reliable means of communication
• Comfortable handling tasks independently with minimal direction
