Part-Time Automotive/Diesel Tool Crib Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and distribution of tools
• Provide maintenance of tools and equipment
• Issue and receive tools from tool crib as requested during classes
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of laboratories
• Establish and maintain files and record-keeping systems
• Other duties logically associated with the position may be assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of automotive/diesel hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and consumables
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Selected candidate will be subject to pre-employment background checks, including a criminal history check. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.

Schedule

Variable shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening); up to 20 hours per week.

Pay

$16.22 per hour
