Responsibilities
- Maintain security and distribution of tools
- Provide maintenance of tools and equipment
- Issue and receive tools from tool crib as requested during classes
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of laboratories
- Establish and maintain files and record-keeping systems
- Other duties logically associated with the position may be assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of automotive/diesel hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and consumables
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Selected candidate will be subject to pre-employment background checks, including a criminal history check. Any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.
Schedule
Variable shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening); up to 20 hours per week.
Pay
$16.22 per hour
