Part-Time Associate Veterinarian
Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic is located in the NE region of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. With over 30 years in this location, we strive to provide excellent customer service, maintain a jovial yet professional atmosphere with both team members and clients, and focus our talents to provide compassionate and caring treatment for animals in our care.
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, energetic, positive candidate who has excellent interpersonal communication skills to join our team. This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week, may include 1-2 Saturdays per month) in a 2.5-doctor practice with state-of-the-art equipment, including:
- Digital dental x-rays
- HD digital radiology
- Cold laser therapy
- Surgical CO2 laser
- Idexx lab diagnostics
- CVT staffing
- After-hours emergency coverage with local emergency specialty clinics
We practice Fear Free techniques to help reduce stress for our patients and foster a family-friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive exams and wellness/preventative medicine
- Diagnostics and medical treatment
- Surgical procedures (preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Colorado State veterinary license
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in medicine, diagnostics, and preventative care
- Two years’ experience preferred; entry-level applicants will be offered mentorship
Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 per year (competitive and negotiable based on experience).
