Part-time Associate Veterinarian

About the role

As a Companion Pet Partner, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to individuals in need. No prior experience is necessary, but a compassionate heart and a love for animals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and attention to assigned pets.
• Attend to basic needs such as feeding, grooming, and exercise.
• Assist with medication administration if needed.
• Engage in social activities with clients to improve their quality of life.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with animals or a strong interest in animal welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Shifts available from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend work.
