Responsibilities
- Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
- Help recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
- Create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products, use social media platforms, and additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Lead the store’s operations, balancing operational excellence with autonomy and customer-first selling practices.
- Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
- Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
- Run sales reports and use data to guide your strategy to hit sales targets.
- Messure and merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms as a guide, while launching all promos on time.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and developing your team.
- Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A degree is preferred.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved store equipment, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
