Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1 - The Mall at Robinson

About the role

As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll play a crucial part in our mission to eliminate hunger through pop culture. You’ll support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, training new employees, and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience by showcasing product knowledge and excellent customer service
• Step in and assist when needed, covering the sales floor and offering leadership support
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing hours, and processing sales transactions
• Support the register by handling add-on sales and communicating shortages or overages to the Store Manager
• Understand and contribute to the store's sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, fixtures, and merchandising mixes
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Ensure the safety of the store by preventing theft and misuse of magic items
• Help maintain the store's cleanliness and organize the stock room
• Develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to manage up to 50 pounds of merchandise packaging
• Age 18 or older
