Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1 - Sunrise Mall

About the role

As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can access the merchandise they love.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success
• Support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets
• Open and close the store, as needed
• Work the register; process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Closed out the register and communicate and shortages or overages to your Store Manager
• Understand store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT
• Aid in planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to ensure there's no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for philanthropy & all things pop culture
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps
• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications

• Able to navigate the store, merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment, and pack/unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
