Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1 Cottonwood Mall

About the role

As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll play a crucial part in our mission to eliminate hunger by supporting the store leadership team in providing exceptional customer experiences and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers
• Step in and assist when needed, covering the sales floor and offering leadership support
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing hours
• Process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager
• Understand and support the store's sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs
• Aid in planogram changes and maintain store cleanliness
• Communicate fashion trends and manage inventory
• Support the maintenance of the store and its stock room
• Help develop and retain a collaborative team
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Leader

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Age 18 or older
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
