Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

About the role

As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll play a crucial part in our mission to eliminate hunger through pop culture. You’ll support the store leadership team in providing exceptional customer experiences, training new recruits, and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Step in and lead when needed, covering the sales floor and supporting the management team
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Understand and communicate store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT
• Aid in planogram changes and maintain store tidiness
• Communicate fashion trends and manage inventory
• Support the maintenance of the store and its team
• Help develop and retain a passionate team
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to navigate the store, use store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
