Responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
  • Use product knowledge and customer experience skills to enhance the shopping journey.
  • Support the training and success of new recruits by sharing your fandom knowledge.
  • Lead the sales floor and offer support when the Manager needs to step away.
  • Open and close the store as needed.
  • Process sales transactions at the register and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
  • Ensure there's no misuse of store resources and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Develop and retain a collaborative team to manage the store alongside you.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail store experience.
  • A passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The usual retail requirements, including being able to navigate the store, use store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
