Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
- Use product knowledge and customer experience skills to enhance the shopping journey.
- Support the training and success of new recruits by sharing your fandom knowledge.
- Lead the sales floor and offer support when the Manager needs to step away.
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Process sales transactions at the register and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Ensure there's no misuse of store resources and maintain a tidy environment.
- Develop and retain a collaborative team to manage the store alongside you.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail store experience.
- A passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
- Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- The usual retail requirements, including being able to navigate the store, use store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
