Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Step in and step up when needed, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Work the register, processing sales transactions and driving add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Understand and communicate store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT
• Aid in planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Ensure there’s no misuse of spells and theft within the store
• Support the maintenance of the store, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Help develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• At least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
