Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
- Step in and step up when needed, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support
- Open and close the store as needed
- Work the register, processing sales transactions and driving add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
- Understand and communicate store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT
- Aid in planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Ensure there’s no misuse of spells and theft within the store
- Support the maintenance of the store, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
- Help develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you
- Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
- At least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
