About the Role
Registered Nurse in a primary care setting, providing comprehensive patient care across diverse populations and services including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's health.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement treatments, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and interpreter services within a team-based environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- MA RN licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least two years of ambulatory nursing experience.
- Pediatric and OB/GYN experience preferred for family care sites.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Skills
- Demonstrates clinical knowledge, initiative, and the ability to care for patients with complex needs.
- Strong assessment and communication skills essential for effective patient management.
