Part Time AM Warehouse Worker - Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

• pull orders, stock, store, and distribute inventory and products within the warehouse
• load trucks for next day delivery
• May utilizes computerized inventory systems to include SAP and KEA
• Reads schedules, orders and other requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Transfers inventory lines to vehicles for next day deliveries
• Replenishes inventory lines as needed
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for stock items and places inventory on vehicles
• Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated areas
• Marks materials with identifying information
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers
• Repacks containers as necessary
• Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
• Operates various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Slip Sheet, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jacks, etc)
• Assist with counting of inventory
• Cleans and maintains warehouse daily according to clean up specifications as directed by team lead and management
• Other duties as assigned by the Night Manager, Supervisor, and Lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift Certificate - Must have the ability to receive and sustain a license to drive a forklift
• Basic Computer Skills

Pay

Starting Pay: $19.50 (Monday through Friday)

Schedule

Shift Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
