Part-Time Agent Assistant - Baldwin County

Responsibilities

• Aid in delivering educational programming in schools in support of the Master Environmental Educator Program
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling with teachers and communicating with volunteers
• Support and deliver 4-H youth development programming, including preparation of curriculum and materials
• Serve as a member of the 4-H CYI Team, collaborating with Extension staff to support county youth needs
• Absorb and report on program impact and enrollment data
• Maintain, clean, organize, and stock educational supplies and materials
• Provide general office support as needed, including answering phones and assisting clients

Qualifications

• Level I: High school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of experience in organizing and presenting educational programs, customer service, administrative support/clerical or related experience
• Level II: High school diploma or equivalent, 6 years of experience in organizing and presenting educational programs, customer service, administrative support/clerical or related experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with youth, educational programs, volunteers, or community-based organizations
