As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standardsEncourage the development of students’ critical thinking skillsPrepare any necessary learning materialsAssign homeworkTake attendanceGrade assignments and provide feedbackDocument students’ learning progressCollaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environmentReport and document behavioral incidents Qualifications: High School Diploma required but Associate's degree or higher is preferredPrevious 1-3 years experience teaching InfantsUnderstanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom managementKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
