Part-Time Afternoon Babysitter for Young Children

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and caring babysitter for after-school care starting in early to mid-August for our two children, a 5-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, in Denver, CO.

Schedule

Monday through Friday for approximately 15 hours a week. One-time babysitting shift on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 9:30 PM to Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 12:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Pick up the children from their neighborhood schools around 4 pm
• Prepare simple dinners and snacks
• Engage the children in play, reading, and outdoor activities
• Light tidying and organization related to the children
• Drive with the children as needed
• Assist with feeding and bathing routines

Requirements

• Comfortable driving with children
• No interaction with pets (our cat is kept in the bedroom)
