Part-Time Afternoon Babysitter for Young Children

We are seeking a reliable and proactive babysitter to care for our two daughters, ages 5 and almost 2, in New York, NY. The role involves working 3-4 days a week, typically from Tuesday to Friday, during the afternoon and early evening, approximately 4–7 PM. Responsibilities include picking up our 5-year-old from the bus stop or school, sometimes picking up our almost-2-year-old from daycare, prepping simple family-friendly dinners, and cleaning up the kitchen afterward. The position requires someone who can transport the children using our car, as both parents work full-time, largely from home. There may be opportunities for additional hours during date nights or when the children have days off school. We hope to find someone willing to work with us for the rest of the school year, ideally longer. No pets are present in the home.
