Part Time After School Youth Sub/On-Call Staff -Del Valle & Lockhart

About the role

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Our mission emphasizes a commitment to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind. We are seeking part-time Educators to join our team.

Responsibilities

As an Educator, you will be responsible for supporting the success of all students in our before and after-school programs. While specific duties are not listed, ideal candidates will have experience working with children under 13 years of age in a childcare group-type setting and be able to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
• Background Clearance completion will be required
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 years of age in a childcare group-type setting
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR-in-person (if required-ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• Cleared tuberculosis test (if required-ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• Proof of MMR (if required for documentation)

• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn

Pay

Starting at $15.00/hr and up (depending on years of experience working with kids in a group setting)

Schedule

On-Call/As-Needed Role- Available Monday through Friday between 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 1:40 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday. Monday availability coverage is required.
