Compensation

$50+ per instructional hour, flexible based on assignment and instructor experience

Teach Engaging Enrichment Classes

Lead structured, hands-on sessions that encourage creativity, communication, and confidence through improvisational theater activities.

Responsibilities

- Lead engaging after-school improv sessions for students - Facilitate interactive theater games and group activities - Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment - Encourage creativity, collaboration, and respectful participation - Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts

Qualifications

- Minimum 60 college credits completed - Experience with improv, theater, acting, or performing arts - Experience working with youth (schools, camps, theater programs, or after-school settings) - Strong communication and group facilitation skills - Reliable, punctual, and professional
