Job Description And Position Requirements

The Abington College Advising Center is seeking applicants for a part-time Administrative Support position.

Job Duties

  • Helping to schedule advising appointments.
  • Aiding with the NSO advising database.
  • Answering phones and addressing walk-in questions.
  • Providing assistance with social media posts.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills: MS Suite including Excel, Word, OneDrive.
  • Experience with databases - the ability to search and find student data.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Experience posting on social media.

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week.

Pay

The starting rate for this job is $17.00/hour.

Background Checks/Clearances

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background checks in accordance with University policies.
