Part Time Advanced Practice Provider - Geriatrics
Montgomery Medical Associates is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Belle Mead. As part of our collaborative team, you will split time between our outpatient office and a nearby skilled nursing facility, helping us continue our commitment to compassionate and personalized patient care.
About the role
This is a part-time position within our geriatric medicine specialty, working alongside 3 full-time MDs and 4 other Advanced Practice Providers (2 full-time, 2 part-time).
Schedule
- 2½ days (20 hours/week): Tuesday 9a–5p, Wednesday 9a–5p, Thursday 9a–1p
- Tuesday and Wednesday: half-day in office, half-day in nursing home (15 minutes from primary site)
- Thursday: half-day in office
- Potential for 1 Saturday (8a–1p) per month

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Advanced Practice Provider experience
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
