Department Specific Responsibilities
- Works with IU systems (such as IU's financial, HR, and student platforms) for various administrative tasks.
- MMS reports, Buy.IU purchases, JobSquad Payroll, Kuali time reviewing.
- Prepares, prints, and organizes documentation related to meetings, events, or projects at the request of the General Manager.
- Maintains files, records, and supplies as needed.
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
- Purchases and maintains office supplies and equipment.
- May perform other duties related to maintaining an internal website and/or working with social media.
Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).
- Preferred: 2 years of office or administrative experience.

- This is an in-person position.
- Paid time off plans.

Pay
- $18.50 per hour.
