Department Specific Responsibilities

  • Works with IU systems (such as IU's financial, HR, and student platforms) for various administrative tasks.
  • MMS reports, Buy.IU purchases, JobSquad Payroll, Kuali time reviewing.
  • Prepares, prints, and organizes documentation related to meetings, events, or projects at the request of the General Manager.
  • Maintains files, records, and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborates with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Purchases and maintains office supplies and equipment.
  • May perform other duties related to maintaining an internal website and/or working with social media.

Education and Experience

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).
  • Preferred: 2 years of office or administrative experience.

Location and Hours

  • Bloomington, Indiana.
  • This is an in-person position.
  • Paid time off plans.
  • Flexible hours - Monday through Friday.
  • Capable of working 29 hours per week.

Pay

  • $18.50 per hour.
