Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Constellation Wealth Group Location: Plymouth, MN - Please do not contact the office directly Schedule: Part-Time (25-30 hours weekly - 4 days a week may be considered - 5-6 hours daily) Compensation: $21-$26 per hour (non-exempt), based on experience Join a Growing Wealth Management Practice Constellation Wealth Group is seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for clients, this position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the daily operations of a busy wealth management practice. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys helping others while working in a professional office environment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members. Financial services experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. The position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the practice continues to expand over the long term. Requirements What You'll Do Client Service & Client Experience Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly mannerSchedule appointments and manage advisor calendarsPrepare for client meetings and assist with follow-up activitiesGather client information and documentationPrepare applications and track them through completionAnswer client questions and provide exceptional serviceCoordinate with service teams to resolve client issuesProcess money movement requests and service-related paperworkAssist clients with the Ameriprise Client Secure Site and other online toolsManage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriatelyMaintain timely communication with clients and team members Administrative & Practice Management Maintain client files and recordsProcess incoming and outgoing mailMaintain compliance with office procedures and documentation standardsManage task lists, calendars, and workflow prioritiesSupport daily office operations and administrative functionsAssist advisors and team members with special projects as needed Marketing & Client Engagement Assist with client appreciation events and seminarsSupport client communication campaigns and touchpointsMaintain website updates and marketing materialsUtilize marketing tools to distribute client communications and updates What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of professional client service, administrative, hospitality, banking, healthcare, retail management, or similar experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionCommitment to providing outstanding client service Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or higher preferred, but not requiredExperience in a professional office environmentExperience in banking, insurance, financial services, legal, healthcare, or similar client-focused industriesExperience managing calendars and scheduling appointments What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
