Part-time Accounting Support

Description

Description Creation Village World School is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Accountant to provide remote support to our Finance Team for approximately 6–8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and support tuition collection activities
• Monitor outstanding balances and professionally follow up on overdue invoices
• Code, review, and process expenses through Bill.com as needed
• Reconcile financial transactions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records as needed
• Support the Finance Team with general accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems.
• Experience in a school, finance institution, nonprofit, or tuition-based organization is preferred.
