Part Time Accountant

We’re working with a well-established nonprofit organization on the Connecticut shoreline looking to add a Part-Time Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time schedule while still getting involved in meaningful, well-rounded accounting work.

Responsibilities

• General ledger accounting and journal entries
• Account and bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable support
• Month-end close assistance
• Financial reporting
• Assisting with budgeting, audits, and other accounting projects as needed

Requirements

• Well-rounded accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Nonprofit and QuickBooks experience is a plus

Pay

$27–35/hour
