Job Summary

Join our dedicated team at Kiwi Kids ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
• Collect simple data to track progress
• Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (support provided)
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Certified or willing to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certified or willing to become certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Certified or willing to become certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
