Part Time A&P Lab Assistant

Part-time position at Southcentral KY Community & Technical College, Main Campus in Bowling Green. Up to 20 hours per week at $15.00 per hour.

About the role

Assist A&P faculty and students in laboratory and tutoring settings. Prepare labs, maintain equipment and supplies, and support faculty with class preparations while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist A&P faculty and students in A&P laboratories.
• Prepare labs for demonstrations and student practice.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, environment, and inventory, including cleaning, storing, and restocking supplies.
• Assist faculty with facilitation of laboratory activities and other class preparations (e.g., photocopying, grading) under close direction and review of the instructor of record.
• Tutor students by assisting them with understanding course content, preparing for assessments, and developing learning skills.

Requirements

• Successful completion of college-level A&P courses.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, including computer literacy.

Pay

$15.00 per hour
