About the role

Accurate Coating Inc is a small industrial business located just south of downtown Grand Rapids, MI, offering full‑time and part‑time positions on 1st shift Monday‑through‑Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lightweight metal parts from the coating line.
• Perform quality inspection for defects, count parts, and bag products.
• Move between workstations and handle boxes weighing 5‑20 pounds.
• Work may require standing, nimble repetitive finger actions, and can be performed seated if necessary for inspection/bagging.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive finger motions.
• Capable of moving between workstations and handling 5‑20 lb boxes.
• Good English communication skills.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or possess appropriate work documentation.
• May be subject to a background check or drug test.

Benefits

• Full‑time employees may qualify for quarterly bonuses.
• Vacation accrual after a six‑month probation period.

Pay

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, increasing to $17.00 per hour after a one‑month review.

Schedule

• Full‑time: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (morning and afternoon splits).
• Part‑time: Monday–Thursday during daytime hours; flexible for college students to work before or after class schedules.
