About the role

Our company supports the growth and future of the aerospace industry and is looking to add a 3rd Shift position to our team to contribute to our advancement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate part-marking equipment to accurately mark components according to customer and company specifications.
• Read and follow work instructions, routers, certification paperwork, and basic blueprints.
• Complete production documentation, including job logs, material pick lists, and disposition tags.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Communicate equipment, material, or supply concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Schedule

Full-time 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Work Environment

• Occasionally working in high or low temperatures.
• Noise level in the work environment is occasionally moderate decibels.
• Occasionally works in hazardous conditions; PPE may be required.
