Part Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We seek a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Part Delivery Driver at Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram American Fork. As a Part Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parts to our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Load and unload parts at the designated delivery locations
• Review delivery orders and ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers by providing friendly and efficient service
• Collect payment for delivered parts, if applicable
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports for each delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate any delivery delays or issues to the parts department
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while on the job

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in an automotive or parts environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
