Part-Day Preschool Teacher - Early Learning School

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team starting in Fall 2026.

Qualifications

• A valid MN License in Birth-Grade 3 or Early Childhood Education issued from the Minnesota Department of Education is preferred
• Experience working with preschool aged children in a childcare or education setting
• A passion for working with young children and excellent knowledge of child development
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated strategies that support diverse learners
• Experience with Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, Pyramid Model, and Classroom Engagement Model is beneficial
• Able to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, staff and caregivers
• The physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodation
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
