Parkshore - Custodian

Responsibilities

• Clean the common areas and other assigned areas, following SDS, safety, and related regulations.
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment, and set up the work site before beginning tasks.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly.
• Report and respond to resident requests and any emergencies.
• Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and address them with the relevant department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of English to take direction and ask questions as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (highly preferred).
• Friendly customer‑service skills.
• First‑aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state or local guidelines.
• Completion of a background check; may also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state or local guidelines.
• Physical ability to perform manually dexterous work, operate required equipment, and remain physically active for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lb.

Pay

This role pays between $22.00 and $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
