Parks Maintenance Worker

About the role

The role involves maintaining parks and recreational facilities, including cleaning, mowing, and planting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in parks and recreational facilities.
• Mow lawns and trim bushes as needed.
• Plant and maintain trees and other vegetation.
• Ensure safety and accessibility standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.

Qualifications

• Experience in park maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture practices.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Schedule
