Parking Valet Attendant

About the Role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately in West Hollywood, CA. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and be an all-around pleasure to work with
• Stand, walk, and occasionally carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
• Must be able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
• Energetic and outgoing
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Preferred Qualifications

• Valet parking experience: 1 year or more
• Customer service experience: 1 year or more

Pay & Benefits

Pay rate: $20.87 per hour plus cash tips.
